Access and Grounds

• The customer will be responsible for the provision of free and suitable access to and from the delivery site.

• Should the container be damaged caused by concrete or asphalt during loading or unloading. The customer is aware that these heavy container may cause damages and that the location placement of these containers should be carefully considered prior to our delivery.
• Should the customer fail to return the container, Jr's Dumpsters Rentals LLC maintains the right to enter upon the premises where he container maybe without notice to take possession of and remove it at the customer's expense all without legal process and the customer hereby waives any claims for damages for any such entry and o removal
